When dry operation or cooling is activated with the automatic fan speed setting set to ON, SMELL PROOF operation starts and removes stagnant odors from the indoor unit before the air is removed. Therefore, the unit does not bleed the air immediately after starting operation. Please wait for about 30 to 40 seconds

This is not a fault in the air conditioner. When the voltage fluctuates greatly, the operation may stop to protect the air conditioner. The operation restarts automatically in about 3 minutes.

When the room temperature reaches the set temperature, the air conditioner operates in wind mode to prevent overcooling or heating. When the room temperature decreases or increases from the set temperature, the wind mode is canceled and the air flow volume increases. When the room temperature is stable and remains close to the set temperature, the airflow volume can increase and decrease repeatedly.

This is not a fault in the air conditioner. When the timer is set ON, operation starts up to 1 hour before the set time to reach the setpoint. If the remote controller is operated during this time, operation automatically stops. Restart the operation using the remote controller

Check the following before calling for repair. Is the air filter clean? If not, clean the air filter and restart operation using the remote controller. If the operation lamp is still blinking, remove the mains plug from the wall outlet or turn off the breaker and contact the place of purchase. Is there anything blocking the air intake or exit from the indoor / outdoor unit? Remove any object and restart operation using the remote controller

This is not a malfunction of the air conditioner. This system operates by defrosting on an outdoor unit. Please wait for about 3 to 10 minutes.

(Then, the AC operation is restarted.) When the automatic filter cleaning setting is ON (default), the air conditioner operation stops after 24 hours of AC operation (cooling mode, dehumidifying mode, heating mode, air purifying mode, or ventilation mode) to activate the cleaning operation automatic filter. After the cleaning operation is complete, the air conditioning operation is resumed.

The air filter returns to its normal position. Please wait for 1 to 3 minutes.

Check if the proof of print auto setting is set to ON. When the setting is ON, mold proof operation is activated after dehumidifying, dry cooling, or cooling operation stops

Stop operation, unplug the power cord or turn off the circuit breaker, and contact the place of purchase.

A clicking sound can be generated when the coolant control valve or electrical component operates.

Buzzing sound can be produced when the AC fin moves.

Check if the air inlet or outlet is clogged. If not obstructed, the fan motor may be damaged. Contact the place of purchase

Check if the unit operates without the following parts: pre-filter, air discharge grille, dust collector filter, humidifier filter, humidifier tray or water tank. If any part is not installed, the fan may stop operating to prevent damage to the electrical part. If any part is not attached, unplug the power cord, attach the components properly, then operate the unit

Check if the product is installed in a location where it cannot distribute air throughout the room. Check for any objects in the vicinity that are blocking the product. Place the unit in a location where air can flow freely throughout the room. Are the pre-filters and dust collection filters clean? If it's dirty, clean it.

The target humidity may not be achieved when the humidity in the room is low, when the wall / floor material in the room is dry, or when the room is not properly enclosed. Check if the heater works to warm the room. If the room temperature increases due to heating or other reasons, the humidity setting may decrease. Check whether the size of the room in which the product is in is larger than designed for the product? Check if the humidity setting is set to LOW. Check if the airflow (fan) setting is set to LOW. Set the humidity setting (HUM SET) to “CONT” and increase the airflow speed (fan setting)

The water level in the water tank does not decrease. This product is an evaporation system moisturizer. The water level decreases slowly on a humid or cold day. When the product operates with the humidity setting in “Auto” mode, humidifier operation stops when the humidity in the room reaches the target humidity level of the humidifier operation.

Stop using the air purifier. To prevent product damage and unforeseen problems, contact the place of purchase.

Check that the dust collection filter is installed properly. If the filter is not installed properly, the unit may produce a loud sound

Sizzling sound produced by the Streamer unit during Streamer ejection. The sound may become calmer or change to a crackling, buzzing or inhaling sound depending on the conditions of use. The voices did not indicate any damage. If sound bothers you, try placing the unit in a different location

Are Unit 1 (plasma ionizer unit) and Unit 2 (streamer unit) properly installed? Push Unit 1 until you hear a click sound. Push Unit 2 all the way for secure installation. Check if Unit 1 and Unit 2 are stuck with dust. If it's dirty, clean it

Splashing sound is produced by splashing water on the moisturizing filter

A soft growling or rumbling sound is generated by rotating the moisturizing filter unit during humidifying operation. If sound bothers you, try placing the unit in a different location.

A bubbling sound can be generated by the water supply from the water tank to the humidifier tray

A clicking sound can be generated by the motor for the humidifier filter unit which turns on / off to start / stop the humidifier operation.

Are the deodorizing filters, humidifier filters and humidifier trays clean? If it's dirty, clean it. Remove the remaining water from the humidifier tray every time you fill the water tank. When the product is not used for humidifying operation, remove water from the water tank and humidifier tray. Check if the unit is moved from another room. The smell of the product may be the smell of the room it was used in before. Operate the unit for a short time

Check if the unit is tilted beforehand. If the unit is tilted, water may spill. When moving the unit, remove water from the water tank and humidifier tray. Is the water tank cap tightened securely? If the cap is loose, water may leak. Fasten the lid tightly. Check the water scale to see if the humidifier filter has accumulated a lot of water. If a large amount of water has been collected in the humidifier filter, water may leak. Clean the moisturizing filter

Check if the lamp brightness setting is set to OFF. When set to OFF, the front panel indicator lights do not light up

If water moves in the humidifier tray, the float moves up and down. This causes the water supply light to turn on and off repeatedly. Fill the water tank with water.

Is the humidifier tray securely attached? Push the tray into the unit until you hear a click. Check if the water scale has collected water preventing the float in the humidifier tray from moving freely. Remove the water scale with a brush. Check if the float on the humidifier tray has come off. Install the float properly

Is there a strong odor when the power cord is plugged into the AC socket? The product sets the odor sensor reference sensitivity level based on the odor detected during the first 1 minute or more after the power cord is connected to an AC outlet. Operate the unit until there is no smell in the room, and then stop operation, unplug the power cord, wait for more than 5 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in. This resets the odor sensor reference sensitivity level. If odor concentration remains consistent regardless of intensity, the sensor may not detect odors despite strong odors. The sensor may not detect certain odors such as pet odors (other than the smell of ammonia) and garlic odors. Increase the air flow rate.

The Streamer Unit does not need to be cleaned or replaced.

The active plasma ionizer does not need to be cleaned or replaced.

The dust-collecting filter cannot be cleaned. Do not use a vacuum cleaner or wash it with water to clean the dust collection filter. If the filter becomes very dirty, replace it with a new filter.
