Daikin Holds the 8th Fresh Graduate Development Program

JAKARTA (DAIKIN) - Air conditioning company from Japan, PT Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia, is holding the 8th batch of Fresh Graduate Development Program (FGDP). The 8th batch training lasts for 36 days filled with various intensive training and debriefing for newly recruited staff in a number of divisions.

This training aims to prepare new employees to further explore their roles and functions in their respective divisions, including exploring Daikin's vision and mission, business processes, as well as Daikin's philosophical values. The training, which is held online and face-to-face, also aims to increase and develop knowledge and accelerate the adaptation process in the world of work.

During the training, participants attend training related to their main job (on the job training), which is divided into several segments and a percentage according to the weight of each training segment; classroom orientation, departmental orientation, product knowledge and the rest in the form of direct orientation in the field as well as preparation for presentations and simulations on the debriefing they received during the program. During the pandemic, all activities following the prokes and presentations were conducted virtually in front of Daikin company leaders.

Through an intensive training and development program. It is hoped that the 8th batch will not only learn about Daikin's business, but also gain real experience in applying technical skills, skills in interaction, as well as utilizing strengths, potentials and at the same time preparing participants to work on challenging daily tasks.

The 8th FGDP was attended by 15 people, consisting of 10 people from the sales division (sales), 1 person from business planning (business planning), and 4 people from the after sales division (after sales service).

The following are the names of the participants; ten participants from the sales division are Ahmad Kholid Kartiyoso (Yogyakarta), Yuwi (Medan), Surya Oemar (Sudirman), Silvia Bertha (Sudirman), Ghozi (Sudirman), Jason Hardi (Sudirman), Mega tri Easter (Manado), Gagas Prajamukti Harianto (Surabaya), and Agustina Ivoni Santoso (Surabaya).

One participant from the Business Planning division is Steven Agathon Lioe (Sudirman). Meanwhile, the Service or After Sales Service division is Aqiyas Muhamad Dikri (Surabaya), Lusiana Yulianti (Pondok Pinang), Riyan Fajar (Tangerang), Taufik Muhammad Ilham (Sunter), and Mukti Sudirman (Pondok Pinang).
